While all eyes were on the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccine development, 2020 put all of us through unique challenges — even if you never caught the virus. From losing track of time to staying healthy while working from home, we’ve all needed a little bit of advice to keep us happy and healthy amid this stressful time. Here are a few of my favorite health stories and tips of the year: Certain foods may reduce anxiety and boost the immune system many people feel stressed and anxious as we live through the changes of the coronavirus pandemic.
